Intro to Hypnosis & Relaxing Visualization

Join us for a fun introduction into the world of hypnotherapy! Learn about what hypnosis actually is, how it works, and some suggestibility tests to help you determine how easily you could go into hypnosis right now! Then, relax and experience hypnosis first hand as I guide you through a relaxing visualization and connect to internal resources.
